All products undergo a strict aging test. The 72 hours aging test is conducted without die lamp, dim lamp, color difference and mosaic. The product is introduced in the market only if it passes the aging test, making sure the best quality is ensured for you.

 

Our service

1. Our warranty time is 2 years, during this period, we will maintain and replace the defect components for free, if the  damage is caused by fault operation, you need to pay for cost. After warranty time is over, we will offer you component parts at our bottom cost.

2. We will provide some spare parts for you for free, in order to bring you some convenience to repair your LED display by yourself if some small problems with this LED display happened. We strongly suggest you to buy some additional spare parts, especially LED modules and receiving cards.

3. We assist the training and technical support for the customer in the factory if customer needed. You can send your engineer to our factory for training about software operation, installation, maintenance, etc. We offer professional training for free.

 

Packaging & Shipping

Trade terms:  Product warranty: Two-year quality warranty with lifelong maintenance.During warranty time,The seller will take responsibility to change or repair defective parts, the buyer pay the shipping of return of defectives, the seller pay the shipping  of sending back repairs.The seller will offer technical help online or by phone, if needed,  the seller can send  engineers paid by the buyer  for technical support on site.        Payment terms:        (1) T/T 30% down payment upon order confirmation and 70% balance in one week before shipment.        (2) Transshipment is allowed.  Delivery date: Within about 15 days upon receipt of 30% T/T down payment.  Lead Time: Within 10-15 working days once receive deposit.  Free Training: 6 days on-site complete technical training in our factory.  Valid date: Quotation valid for 1 months
